Division Breakdowns
6U & 8U Divisions (Coach Pitch)
In these developmental divisions, the focus is on learning the fundamentals. Because these are Coach Pitch games, umpires do not call balls and strikes.
- Crew Size: 1 Umpire per game.
- Position: The umpire is positioned in the field.
- Responsibilities:
- Primarily monitoring the bases.
- Calling safe/out plays in the field.
10U Division
As the level of play increases, the officiating structure expands to cover the full game experience.
- Crew Size: 2 Umpires per game (Plate Umpire & Base Umpire).

Scorekeepers
League Scorekeeper Compensation: $15 per game (All 3 Divisions)
Role Overview We are looking for attentive and vocal Scorekeepers to manage official game records and announcements. The ideal candidate must be comfortable speaking on a microphone and acting as the official timekeeper.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-Game Setup:
- Collect rosters from both teams.
- Enter all players into the official Scorebook prior to the start.
- In-Game Management:
- Actively track game progress and update the Scorebook in real-time.
- Serve as the Official Game Timekeeper.
- Public Address (PA) Announcing:
- Announce the official start time.
- Announce every batter stepping up to the plate and the player "on deck."
- Announce the score between every inning.
- Announce the "No New Innings" warning at the 1 hour 15 minute mark.
- Announce the "End of Game" promptly at the 1 hour 30 minute mark.
- Post-Game Reporting:
- Submit the final score via our specific Google Form.
- Record the names of the Scorekeeper (yourself) and the Umpire(s) on the form.
